Taking what you learned on the floor and getting it into other people's hands, in a form they can use.
What you will do
- Deliver classroom and practical training across aviation engineering, maintenance and operations
- Develop course material, practical exercises and assessments
- Assess trainees and maintain training and competency records
- Keep material current as standards and practice change
- Mentor apprentices and new technicians on the job
- Support course accreditation and quality documentation
What you need
- 5+ years hands-on in aviation maintenance, manufacturing or a related technical trade
- Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor
- Able to write clear technical material
- Comfortable in front of a room
- Patience with people who are learning slowly
Nice to have
- Formal train-the-trainer or instructional design qualification
- Experience with a DGCA-approved training organisation
- Assessment and internal verification experience
