MRS Aircraft Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects personal information through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form. Name, email address, phone number, organisation, enquiry type, subject and message.
  • Application form. Name, email address, phone number, city, role and department applied for, experience, qualification, certifications, current employer, notice period, current and expected compensation, links you supply, your resume file, and any cover note you write.
  • Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is used to answer your enquiry. Application data is used to assess your suitability for a role at MRS Aircraft, now or in the near future. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: 24 months from the date of your last contact with us.
  • Applications: 12 months from submission, so we can consider you for roles that open after you apply. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen by the MRS Aircraft staff who need it to answer you or assess your application, and by the service providers that host this website and store form submissions on our behalf, under contract. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mrsaircraft.com with the subject line “Data request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the staff who need it. Resume files are held in access-controlled storage, not circulated by email.
