Train the people who sign it off
An airframe is only as good as the person inspecting it, and an airfield is only as safe as the crew running it. Both have to be taught. That is what the Academy is for.
What we teach
We deliver structured training and certification across aviation engineering, maintenance and operations.
Drawings, tolerances and the standards structural work is held to. We teach people to read a drawing properly before we ask them to build from one.
Inspection, repair, and the records that prove both were done. The paperwork is not admin here. It is the evidence that the aircraft is airworthy.
How an airfield and the aircraft on it run, day to day. Ground safety, equipment, and the discipline of working around live movements.
How it runs
We run the Academy the way we run maintenance. A written standard, the work done against it, and a record afterwards that shows it happened.
Classroom
Theory first, from material we write ourselves and keep current as standards change.
Practical
Then the same work with tools in hand, supervised, until it is right rather than until the session ends.
Assessment
We assess against the standard, not against the rest of the group.
Records
Every trainee carries a competency record, kept the way an airworthiness record is kept.

On approvals
Academy training is technical skilling. It is not DGCA approved pilot training, which requires a Flying Training Organisation approval, and it is not licensed aircraft maintenance engineer training, which requires a CAR-147 approval. Where the Academy holds an approval, the number is published here beside the training it covers.
Teach here
The Academy hires instructors out of the trade rather than out of a classroom. If you have done the work, you can teach it.
Training capacity is the constraint on everything else this company builds.
