Airfield Maintenance Engineer

- Plan and supervise pavement repair, joint sealing and surface treatment works
- Oversee airfield ground lighting maintenance with the electrical team
- Maintain runway markings and airfield signage to published standards
- Raise and track defect reports through to closure
- Coordinate works around operational hours so movements are not disrupted
What you need
- 3+ years in airfield, highway or heavy civil pavement maintenance
- Working knowledge of pavement condition assessment and repair methods
- Comfortable reading site drawings and setting out works
- Able to supervise contractor crews and hold them to a standard
- Willing to work night and early-morning shifts when the airfield is quiet
Nice to have
- Prior airport or airside experience
- Familiarity with ICAO Annex 14 or DGCA aerodrome requirements
- Airside driving permit
