The role
Terminal comfort is a service level, not a nicety. You keep chillers, air handling and ventilation running to it.
What you will do
- Service chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split systems on schedule
- Diagnose refrigeration, airflow and control faults
- Maintain ducting, filters, dampers and ventilation plant
- Monitor plant performance and log energy and temperature data
- Support building management system operation
- Attend breakdowns and complete corrective work
What you need
- 2+ years in commercial HVAC maintenance
- Practical refrigeration cycle knowledge and gas handling competence
- Able to read HVAC schematics and control drawings
- Working at height and confined space awareness
- Willing to work rotating shifts
Nice to have
- Chiller manufacturer training
- BMS operation experience
- Large commercial or transport facility background
