You decide what gets done, when, and with what. Good planning is the difference between maintenance and firefighting.
What you will do
- Build and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule across all asset classes
- Manage the asset register and equipment history
- Plan shutdowns and works windows around operational constraints
- Coordinate spares availability with stores ahead of planned work
- Track KPIs: completion rates, breakdown frequency, mean time to repair
- Produce maintenance reports for management
What you need
- 3+ years in maintenance planning or scheduling
- Hands-on with a CMMS or maintenance management system
- Strong spreadsheet capability and comfort with data
- Able to read technical documentation across trades
- Clear written communication
Nice to have
- Airport, industrial plant or large facility background
- Reliability-centred maintenance exposure
- Formal planning or project management training
